Who may use it
Dime Intercompany is an internal tool of Dime Accounting, LLC for keeping the books of PS20 (doing business as Dime), Dime Accounting, Dime Payments, Dime Business Services and Kell, which share one owner. Only the owner, Ben Habeck, and staff he adds may sign in. It is not offered to the public or to clients, and there is no public sign up.
Accounts
Each person signs in with their own email, password and multi-factor authentication. Keep your sign-in to yourself. The owner can remove anyone's access at any time.
What the app does
It reads charges on the company Amex through Plaid, codes them with the rules the owner sets, and posts entries to the connected QuickBooks Online company files. It only reads card data; it cannot move money. What it posts is the owner's responsibility to review, as with any entry in the books.
Connected services
Linking the card uses Plaid, and connecting a company file uses Intuit. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those connections. Either connection can be removed at any time from the app or from the provider.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, for internal use, without warranty of any kind. Dime Accounting, LLC is not liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.
